Everton (10th) 3-1-3 9:11

Everton's manager David Moyes was blaming a midweek Europa League game for his sides 1-1 draw at home to Stoke last time out - so I wonder what he's going to make of the international break particularly with the likes of Tim Cahill travelling to Australia and back in the last seven days.

Still, Everton at home are usually quite a reliable proposition, solid defensively, and strong at set-pieces and that might be enough to see off a Wolves side that are starting to struggle on the road.

Wolverhampton (17th) 2-1-5 7:14

Eight games into the season, and Wolves are hovering just outside the regelation zone, but it could have been a lot better if they'd been able to get something from their home game against Portsmouth.

Wolves away form has gone sour, starting with a win at Wigan, and then losing the next three away games, including a 5-2 thumping at Sunderland.

The Betting Verdict

Everton have battled back from an abysmal start to the season (when Arsenal came an won 6-1 on opening day) and with five wins from their last six games the Toffees are back in form.

Wolves have definately gone the other way, and being the first side to drop points to Portsmouth cannot help but damage the confidence.

I have Everton as solid favourites - and this current price is fair.
